Part 1 – Introduction to the Game Producer Program

We’ll give a practical introduction to the 9-month online certification program and how we work with:
• production leadership
• project and product management
• collaboration and communication in game teams
• coaching, sparring, and industry involvement

You’ll also hear perspectives from alumni who have previously gone through the program.

Part 2 –Guest Session with Murad Musakaev (Playrix)

Murad joins us for a focused session on:

“Why motivation drops — and what it actually has to do with production”

Together we’ll explore situations such as:
• teams losing faith in the roadmap
• studios starting to copy competitors
• player feedback hitting harder than expected

Using perspectives from real production cases, Murad will help unpack what happens when motivation drops, why it becomes a production challenge, and what teams can actually do about it.

The session is intended to be practical and discussion-driven rather than lecture-heavy.
